I would say Yes and No the Better Business Bureau is a good reference for services however I have seen business with 60% positive reviews and 40% negative with a A+ rating, sure they may be some false negative reviews however they keep A+ rating ? BBB is still good a reference and worth while to join they can even help you and if a company is super bad BBB will let you know.
