About Us

Currently Sub-Contracting to Don Meyler Inspections (DMI).

Hello, my name is Paul Douglas and I hope that we will be working together for a good long time.

I am the Owner/Manager of Crusade Inspections LLC (FL License: HI11525).

Home Inspections are important to every real estate transaction. It is my goal to help your clients protect themselves with the best inspections that I can provide. Because Your Home Is Your Castle!

My job is enhance the deal, not ruin it.

I am double-certified as a home inspector having obtained certification through InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors) and AHIT (American Home Inspectors Training). The very best and most thorough sources of training for home inspectors.

Prior to becoming an inspector I had various careers including in the United States Air Force. After the military I became a Jail Deputy and served on the Wild Fire Team in Mesa County, Colorado. I’ve also worked on an overseas construction site in a supervisory capacity and at various times as a roofer and office painter. As a home owner myself I have also spent time repairing home systems (Plumbing, Electrical, etc.).
With this training and experience I want to make your clients my own and find the information they need to help them in their decisions and negotiations in the process of buying or selling a home.

To All You Great and Hard Working Realtors!

Neither you nor your client can afford to have substandard protection in the home inspection process. I am Certified, Licensed and Insured. I am also covered by the InterNACHI $10,000 Honor Guarantee and I participate in the “We’ll Buy Your Home Back Guarantee” both are backed by InterNACHI.

You can count on me to be Honest, Thorough, and Reliable! You and your clients will be pleased with the results when I am on the job!

When you need me I will be there! That means Weekends and Holidays and short notice too! I really want to be your go-to inspector.

Call or Text (417-288-9591) (Fastest Response) or Email (CrusadeInspectionsLLC@hotmail.com) any time and we will make things happen!

Also, as long as it is in Florida I can inspect it. There may be a surcharge for significant distances away from Central Florida. Let me know what you need and we will figure it out.

When I perform your inspection:
This is what you are getting:
I follow a strict Code of Ethics. This makes it my duty to put my clients first.
I am also required to follow very comprehensive Standards of Practice.
I’m required to continually keep my skills and training up to date. A task I enjoy and use to advantage by increasing the number of certifications and qualifications that I have. So if I do not have a skill that I need for your inspection I will get it specifically so I can do the best job possible for you and your client!
I do not up-charge for incorporating the latest in technology and software into my inspections.
A home is likely the greatest purchase most people will ever make. I urge you and your clients to protect this investment by hiring me for your inspection needs. As an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector I am proud and happy to bring my expertise as well as the latest in inspection tools, technology and reporting software to the inspection.

How We Got Started

One day when my wife and I were having coffee with our real estate agent (a special lady by the name of Elizabeth Haga - The Alignable member who introduced me to Alignable). The subject was brought up of becoming a Home Inspector and she suggested that I would be good at it (Since she had seen how closely I had been looking at the houses we were looking at to purchase). A light went off an the rest is history!

No. I have been working straight through this thing. The work has been kind of slow for the better inspections but there has been work necessary to be accomplished. Best "Return On Investment"....For me has always been getting the face to face meeting on an individual level. I wouldn't. To me that is a complete waste of money. That being said..I know that there are plenty of folks out there that would.  (more) I wouldn't. To me that is a complete waste of money. That being said..I know that there are plenty of folks out there that would.
