INDEVCON, Inc. is a regional environmental firm specializing in Mold Testing & Remediation, Phase I, II & III Environmental Site Assessments and Asbestos Testing & Abatement. We are also highly experienced in Soil Borings, Site Analysis, Monitoring Well Installation with Groundwater Sampling & Analysis. We generally operate in the northern Illinois area, although we have also worked in Iowa, Wisconsin, Indiana and Pennsylvania.

Our principals have over 60 years of environmental, geotechnical and water treatment experience. We have managed projects from the single family homeowner to industrial projects over $ 150,000.00, and just about everything in between, including a project for the FBI once.

We pride ourselves on project management with the personal touch, so our clients can maintain an understanding of what is being done to correct their situation, step by step. We maintain both General & Professional Liability Insurance in the amounts prescribed by law.

How We Got Started

We saw a need for a local environmental consultant in the rapidly developing DeKalb County of the 1990's. We have tried to fill and maintain our niche here and in the surrounding region while maintaining integrity and honesty in everything that we do.

Lunch is good midweek, but I've found a late afternoon networking meeting on a Friday is best to really get to know people. A glass of wine, perhaps meeting a spouse or another business associate of the party you are meeting with generally enhances your take away. And you don't have to worry... A glass of wine, perhaps meeting a spouse or another business associate of the party you are meeting with generally enhances your take away. And you don't have to worry about heading back to the office if things become more casual. Also, Friday meetings are usually someplace where the parties know other people, perhaps those who are peripherally associated with your business or interests.
