Calen began his career in 1999 working in a Corporate IT Department servicing the Province of BC. Afterwards, he gained valuable experience as an independent consultant with companies such as HSBC, Nicola Wealth, and Syncronet Systems Corp.

As a small business owner himself, Calen recognized that smaller businesses cannot always get access to the products, services, and solutions that larger organizations are able to take advantage of.
