Anytime I find windows open and air fresheners, especially in the basement area, Iām suspicious of damp odours.

Spent the money on testing? Thereās all kinds of mold, black mold caused by continuous dampness or floading is pretty easily spotted, I personally get a headache when Iām in a area thatās got mold or mildew. So I quess it depends on whoās saying the area has mold? I had a customer call me back to...

I had a customer call me back to the home I inspected for him, he said thereās mold on the concrete floor on the main floor, I canāt live in a home with this mold he said to me over the phone, I hurried over to see what was going on, he was looking at left over texture ceiling spray droppings around the bottom of the walls!! š
I told him what it was and he was quite relieved, me too š So like I said it bepends on whoās saying the M word.
