Far more than we can imagine! The budget is growing daily.
Investing in patient and staff safety has become our highest priority. The investment is much more than masks, gloves, scrubs ,hand sanitizer, distancing floor markings and sneeze guards. We are looking at how and why behind everything...

Investing in patient and staff safety has become our highest priority. The investment is much more than masks, gloves, scrubs ,hand sanitizer, distancing floor markings and sneeze guards. We are looking at how and why behind everything we do.
Virtual medicine will be the new standard of communication. Business plans, policies and procedures will be completely reviewed and adapted to the new way we work. Security and alarm systems. Organizing patient flow to minimize waiting room will be a focus and likely result in seeing less patients per hour. Very thorough cleaning every day and after each patient will take resources and time.

We will have a gradual reopening for botox, dermal filler, laser and facial treatments once deemed appropriate by the provincial government. We are hoping this will be part of phase two. We are currently providing essential phase one medical services where reducing pain and suffering remain a priority. All measures of social distancing and personal protection equipment are currently utilized and will continue. Virtual medical consultation with Dr Ray remains available to all of our patients. Pick up and delivery of product is currently available by calling or emailing the office.
The doors currently remain locked. We are preparing for phase two and remain available to assist patients through phone and email.
Word of mouth is always number one. Google is a strong second!

This was a one man business. I always looked forward to my weekly dog with all the fixings. Everything was fresh and of the highest quality. We always had a nice chat about anything from global warming, the future of mankind, politics, an obscure concept or just a funny joke. Others waiting for their dogs would join in with their thoughts and smiles. He closed because he could not make things work financially. So sad. With big mall developments and franchise eateries proliferating, it saddens me to see mum and pop businesses offering quality food and personalized services unable to compete.
Going forwards I am committed to thinking global but supporting the little guy by acting, shopping and eating locally!

Dr Ray has changed my life with his therapeutic botox treatments! I started seeing him five years ago to treat my constant migraines, and with regular treatment he has given me the ability to be drug and pain free. I started suffering from migraines when I was about 11 years old. They got substantially worse after each of my pregnancies, and when I first saw Dr Ray they were becoming debilitating sometimes days at a time. I'm happy to say, thanks to his treatment and attentiveness that my headaches are completely gone!
