In the first place you should have tested and never hired conflicting personalities. You just asked for trouble. For the $15 it would have cost you to test you could lose your business. I don't have a restaurant but there is a small one nearby that has an outdoor deck and separate dinning rooms inside. The atmosphere is reserved, quiet and romantic. They serve quality home cooked food none of the Sysco crap and the experience is awesome. Great service and great food. They don't... They serve quality home cooked food none of the Sysco crap and the experience is awesome. Great service and great food. They don't advertise and it takes 3 weeks to get a reservation. The rest of the restaurants in the area follow the usual protocol. Bright lights. blaring music, poor service and Sysco food. I think looking at all their coupons they pay you to come and eat there...

When one of my clients emails me at 11pm or on Sunday and gets a response within minutes they are shocked. When a client emails with changes wanted and 10 minutes later they receive my email saying it's done they are surprised. When a client orders twice in a 30 day period and I give them a discount they are happy. Great customer support and a great service/product is the way to retain clients and get you word of mouth advertising.

We had to educate people. 20 years later everyone and their brother were selling employment testing so we had to change our methods and answer the question "Why should I choose you?" We had to keep evolving to keep ahead of the so called competition. Learn to flow and keep up with the changes and be flexible in your approach to questions, marketing and service/product. Standing still will kill you.

A recruitment company can be a blessing IF they do more than send warm bodies. Good companies: 1- Test for Personality fits, skills and do background checks. 2- They meet with you first and go over what you need and the position offered. 3- They only send the most qualified... Good companies: 1- Test for Personality fits, skills and do background checks. 2- They meet with you first and go over what you need and the position offered. 3- They only send the most qualified people. That's about 20% of them and the rest will just send warm bodies. Hire the wrong person and it could cost you a lot more than the cost of a good recruitment company. You could lose your business..... So do your homework and find the one that will do it right.
