Many schools don't have behavior specialists on staff to train staff in understanding behavior, and support the writing of behavior plans that include effective interventions and instruction. At the same time, families are struggling to advocate for their child to get the behavioral supports they need to be successful, because many schools are at a loss. We have knowledge to help both schools and families work together to provide students the best services and supports they need to thrive!
