About Us
Rebecca has been a Certified Yoga Instructor for 14 years and is now an AcroYoga and aerial yoga instructor. She also holds a certification in Holistic Nutrition and teaches fun and functional fitness and theraputics. Rebecca is developing new techniques combining aerial yoga silks with Thai massage. She also practices traditional Thai Massage and offers personal training, nutrition counseling and support for chronic pain, back pain, fatigue, and structural alignment. Additionally Rebecca is an accomplished professional Photographer and Graphic Designer.
