I would suggest a company Facebook Page and promote a trip, resort, package, something for people to look at and share that is a link to your website. Google Ad Words is another good option to get your website out there. I have assumed you have set up website and if not, spend your money on...

I'm in specialty (scuba diving) travel and none of my competitors charge a planning fee. I'll only go so far before asking for a deposit to be applied to the trip. If they don't want to pay it, then they were not serious and I have not done too much work. I wish it was the standard to charge...

You don't have to but for your own protection, I would have one. We hold documents hostage until we get them back. Especially if this is a horse riding tour!
