About Us

Mergers & Acquisition Advisor, Business Broker, Management and Corporate Finance Consultant. I advise businesses in private equity transactions - purchases or sales of businesses, and provide expert valuations of businesses for insurance, estate planning, succession planning, litigation or similar issues. I also provide management consulting services for improving profitability and enhancing enterprise value. I have clients interested in investing or acquiring companies with values up to $100 Million.

How We Got Started

I first became involved in M&A activity as the CFO of a manufacturing company pursuing a potential major acquisition. My first deal did not go through, but it taught me a lot about making deals: how to initiate, negotiate, facilitate and arrange financing for major transactions.
