Lynne Bieniek Real Estate Appraiser

About Us

I can give people ideas or suggestions about increasing the value of their property from an appraiser point of view. With limited funds can say where it would do the most good.

How We Got Started

Started in the middle 80's. To be of more service to my clients. Offer people information for their individual situations rather than just have one pat answer for them. Willing to be contacted after report is done if they have any questions or concerns.

Recommendations Given (47)
"Grace has such an eye to put people at ease to help their loved ones."
"She always treats her clients with respect and goes beyond to help them with their legal needs."

We are just getting into our spring busy season. I am self employed and can do the bulk of my work at home but still have to see the home first. My last inspection was on March 23. Had 1 appointment postponed because both homeowners were laid off and could not afford to pay for the report. I pray this ends as quick as  possible.
