Mine each got their first adjustment still attached to the umbilical cord. It is so much better to help create strong, healthy people before damage starts to take its toll. One adjustment on an infant is like a months care with an adult. I have many children in my practice, as the official Chiro for the Onondaga Indian Nation, as a Nation they want the kids adjusted. Exams, depending on the age, are usually focused, more limited than on a senior with extensive degenerative changes. With infants, their nervous systems are still growing (this is why they can not control urination for about 18 months, the "wiring" is still growing into place.). Kids need a bit more, but still not a standard adult exam.

I have all of it after 25 years. I still treat people who started with me as an Intern and I get visitors you only see one time. I would like the long-term people as they understand care is not a short term event; it's more like brushing teeth. (more) I have all of it after 25 years. Too many people now come into my office after consulting "Dr. Google" and are convinced they are dying of some rare "thing, when they are not. I would see this in first year Doctoral (MD DC DO) students who when going over pathologies, would be certain that they had whatever what was being studied. So home diagnostics unless truly fool-proof, will lead to problems.  Look at the pregnancy tests, the new generations marketing success is that there is no question as to the results. Urine test latex agglutination strips are sometime clear, but frequently need interpretation not a skill most lay personnel have in abundance when they are scared they or a loved on has something.

I no longer see the PI crowd, No-Fault Auto or Workers' Comp, as where my office is, it is tough to keep the doors open due to very low fees. The reporting for WC is the worst in this State, NY, as what they pay you is about what it costs to report and not enough to care for the patient nor make a profit.
