I have managed to close two properties since the pandemic began. The closings took place outside the title office in my car. Buyers and sellers were closed separately at different times. Business has been different but busy. There are new covid forms that are signed and included with the contract. there have been more virtual showings and some sellers have decided to not have their house during this time. it’s is a sellers market for sure which means there are not a lot of homes for sale.
