As single adults we cultivated our unique interests before we ever met each other. Myself, having an interest in animals, & plants purchased a small 30 acre plot of ground in Dillsburg, Pa. My wife, interested in the use of herbs for their medicinal and culinary uses studied and researched as much information as possible. After we met and combined our interests we started Castle Creek Farm. Our family business is operated by my wife Lisa and our three sons, Quentin, Zephaniah, and Johannes, and soon to be daughter-in-law Hannah.
