With 20 years in the real estate industry, I’ve loved every chapter of my career — from property management and leasing to relocation consulting, and now serving as a Loan Signing Agent and Mobile Notary. Each role strengthened my commitment to helping people navigate important moments with confidence and clarity.
I’ve always taken pride in being positive, reliable, and genuinely supportive. Over the years, I developed a deep respect for our aging and disabled community, understanding how overwhelming legal and financial paperwork can be.
That’s why I regularly visit nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and care centers to provide accurate, compassionate notary services tailored to their needs.

As a property manager for 25 years, I know it's never a good idea to get involved with a resident in any other way but professionally. Sounds like he could be a con man! Send him the Demand for Possession (7 day notice) and if he doesn't pay up, evict him through the courts. Might not be a bad idea to call legal aid and keep the police involved. Depending on what your offering i give all the details. For example when leasing a house and someone asks to see it, I ask them if they have read the credit requirements. This helps me know how serious they are.

I'm hoping to in a a year for my second business (Framing Creations). When I do I will need easy access, open space, water, electricity and a bathroom and maybe a window. This is my needs, i think it depends on what you need the space for.

I've seen this roof type on old buildings (1937) I managed for over 10 years. We had a roofer (Superior Roofing) that replaced this type with a similar one, called a membrane. I would tell the customer to call around to a few roofers and get at least 3 bids. Hope this helps.
