How We Got Started
The company was founded by Patrick DeSio in 1981 after serving as a Tax Auditor and Revenue Agent with the IRS. Fifteen years later, Steven Franzen joined the firm as a Partner. Over the next 20 years, the firm has served over a thousand clients in over 35 states.
