Hi Lucas, Nice to meet you. I work mostly with small and mid-size businesses. Revenues from around 600k to 3MM+. I deal primarily with their lending needs. From Expansion, Equipment Financing, Working Capital, Cashflow deficiencies, Commercial Real Estate Acquisition (Owner Occupied & Non-Owner Occupied) store front, offices and multi-family. In addition, I provided competitive pricing on buying an actual business practice. I have about a 20% Non-profits on my portfolio as well, just FYI.
