It's often about the technological sophistication or tolerance level of the enterprise along with awareness of how it may benefit from optimized communications platforms and marketing platforms used by it's target audience.

There needs to be a strong value prop presented which focuses on the entire communications platform of system and service, that integrates with staff, partners, and customers and optimizes with a strong ROI on a future proof basis going forward. Combining that with simply being invited to the table to participate in the next round of review gives you the chance to prove your result when the time is right.
