I have given them extra prints on their next session, on others if I am at a wedding that they gave us I take some time out and do their couple shots and email them the images they love it. I did the same thing when I started out. When I had the funds I did go out and get a web site designer for 3 years I was slowly learning things were not working the way I wanted them too and finally I found the perfect person and now they are redoing my web site as they have found multiple errors...
