I am on the 1st page of Google, Yelp advertising, and Facebook for my business, and have no leads. What else should I be doing?

Hi Al,
I specialize in construction / renovation marketing. I did a quick check and you are set up well. If I were handling your marketing I would be networking with contractors, property management companies, realtors, landlords and placing ads in community groups. Its possible that the keywords used are not lining up with what your audience is using. I would also take a look at your competitors to see what is working or not working for them. Good luck!

Since Big Al Junk Removal probably competes with 1-800-Got-Junk and the latter is already educating the market (with a relatively huge ad budget) about the convenience factor, concentrate on describing how your regional service differs from a huge franchised operation ("the other guys") in your area. Remember that Big Al cannot pretend they are the bigger sized company (# of employees and #of trucks) so create a tagline like "the biggest heart in town".
