About Us

Quality, Competitive Prices, Flexible Scheduling, with World Class Service.

From PCB prototype / PCB Prototypes to PCB production and throughout the PCB manufacturing process, CCS International Circuits strives to provide the best in quality, value, and service to our customers worldwide.

CCS International Circuits, LLC literally has partnered with some of the best PCB manufacturers from around the world which benefits your bottom line. CCS has developed and maintained excellent PCB vendors with each one picked for a skill set that we were looking for. Don't be fooled that one PCB manufacturer can build all your PCB designs, it is a fact that all PCB shops excel in certain areas of manufacturing PCBs, maybe then can manufacture heavy copper boards great, however they are not as good in other areas such as laser drilled blind and buried vias. So what does all this mean to you? Well when you quote your printed circuit boards with CCS International Circuits, we review your design, carefully review the fabrication drawing and based on the technology, quantity, lead time, and material required, as well as making sure that the shops we quote excel in the areas of your board design. So what that gives you is a better cost because the shop is extremely good at whatever you require in your boards design, it means your are far more likely to be on time, less fall out during production, so far less chance of short shipments that could stop your product. A lot of companies don't understand how important it is to place your design with the right PCB manufacture. If you owned a Maserati you surely wouldn't bring it to Joe's Garage to have major repairs done to it. Board manufacturers are the same way, the are good all around but each has their sweet spot in what they do best, and at CCS we know our shops sweet spots. We welcome you to ask our customers how many boards were defective, or issues they have had with CCS over their course of working with CCS. We are extremely proud that issues with boards are basically non-existent and when one does occur we work with both our shop and our customer to get to the root cause of the issue and make things right with our customer in the must efficient way possible. CCS= Complete Customer Satisfaction!

If so I have never been told about or like I said this is the first time I have ever heard of being ADA Compliant. Is it more for retail businesses? My one company is strictly B2B, but I do have a retail site as well for my other company which again is not ADA Compliant that I am aware of, and again is this something that is required by law? If so what law?  Why wouldn't website developers tell you about this requirement?  Any information you can provide would be appreciated.  Cheers,  Joseph Fortmuller President & CEO   CCS International Circuits, LLC

(more) The best way to break bad news to your customer is too be honest and let them know exactly what happened. Get to the root cause of the issue and understand fully what happened. Then put processes in place to ensure them that you are taking steps to avoid whatever happened doesn't happen again. Lying to your customer or sugar coating the bad news will not yeild you any better results, in fact it probably will have the opposite effect. If the bad news is your fault than own up to it, take accountability and offer them a discount or a free order for their down time or whatever it may be. Also make sure they know that their issue is taking top priority to be corrected. Not answering the phone, or trying to come up with some lie about what happened will only make your customer lose trust in you and your company and who wants to work with a company you can't trust, if you lied about this, what else would you lie to them about. As they say S**t happens, especially in custom manufacturing, the best way as I explained earlier is to find out what the problem was, find the root cause (ex: poor training, lack of maintaince on equipment, power surge, contaminiation in a tank) all of these things can happen, do happen, the thing you have to do is explain to the customer what happened, be honest, take accountability, and they will respect you for that, I actually have gained more business from customers by delivering bad news, it is how you handle yourself, be confident in your response, put the processes in place to make sure that they don't happen again, and asssure your customer it won't happen. After all your customers are people too and people understand we don't live in a perfect world, they too have to deliver bad news at times. I use breaking bad news as way to talk to upper mangament, show them that we can correct the situation and that the issue we had with them is our top prority.

(more) Honestly the best advertising that has worked best for my company is going above and beyond for my customers and networking events. Being that my business is not retail or open to the public as say a clothing store, we are a business to business company so rely heavily on customer references and meeting buyers and the upper management that would have the authority to actually bring in a new vendors was through happy customers or through networking events. Trade shows never really provided me with ROI, the cost of travel, renting space, and getting displays required so much money to get maybe one to two serious buyers that almost never covered the cost to do the trade shows. Print ads and Pay Per Click ads on the internet rarely brought the customers we were looking for, usually hobbyist or very small companies that just would not fit our ninch. The online directories I have found to be the biggest waste for money for my company. So for my company it is as I said mentioned earlier has heavy relied on going above and beyond to keep my customers extremely happy as buyers and purchasing agents in our industry tend to know one another. The networking events has been very good since it's usually a relaxed atmosphere and allows you to get personable with potential customers and to have their full attention to allow me to talk to them about my company and the value that we can bring them. So as others have said face to face personable conversation has been key to gain new customers.
