Does the agent listen and hear what you are saying? Sometimes it is a personality match or mismatch which means an agent could be good for one person but not for another. Credentials may or may not indicate "good." Some letters mean the agent attended a class. But did the agent learn? Some agents may have been around awhile and have a great deal of education but don't have the fresh, new agent enthusiasm that makes one believe everything is possible.
