We are a very small firm...the CEO and me. But for my two cents worth, I appreciate how my employer wants to know my opinion, is interested in my ideas and allows me the autonomy to work remotely, and trust that the work is getting done. We use the square app to process our cc payments. It's so easy, no hassle and yet get daily, weekly or monthly reports. Processing fee is higher if you use the app and not the reader, though.
