About Us

I am a problem solver specializing in mediation and arbitration of complex Business and Family matters where I desire to bring you my very best with additional talents in Church / Ministerial disputes.

Through years of management since age 17, I think outside the box for new ideas or new ways to accomplish the task, if the current methodology is not viable or palatable.

With a strong computer programming background this accentuates my analytical and theoretical skills, which allows me to find solutions to complex issues.

Having a working background with years of experience, I have developed my practical skills to reinforce my conceptual thought processes. This keeps me grounded in reality by knowing a solution MUST work in the real world for it to be "the solution".

Fortifying myself with training and experience while surrounding myself with very competent knowledgeable professionals, I am forced to constantly seek higher standards.

My clients benefit from my hard work by knowing that I will not give up when it gets tough, I roll up my sleeves to get down to business.

I had a friend tell me to go at a spine specialist as my PCP, back and other specialists were already for surgery (had it scheduled). I went to the spine doctor and in 10 minutes ruled out surgery as an option. Now I do my personal PT and all has been good for 2 years. Its chasing the symptom not the problem.

As I do mediation and arbitration, some disputes (divorce to name one) can get very personal and at times very heated. We have tried to think of every issue but that's not perfect. We start with de-escalation, separating the parties, and terminating by allowing one party to leave while we talk with the other, and other more assertive responses, if needed.  I personally handle cases that involve restraining orders or high conflict parties; so, we have developed Online Disputes Resolution services to handle these cases online via special video conferencing software to comply with a judicial order and/or protect people/children from violent situations. Plan for the worst, expect the best.

In my business (mediation and arbitration), corporate people like to resolve disputes, workplace conflict or get our free consult for conflict reduction and families like to resolve divorce and family issues on the weekends as not to interrupt their work week. sometimes makes for me and my staff a long week but that's the way the cookie crumbles.

Yes I do. I don't evangelize or get into religious discussions unless its brought comes up but I am not afraid of my faith. If someone is not of faith or a contradictory viewpoint, it doesn't bother me nor do I feel compelled to preach. If there is an ethical or conflict of interest, I step away.  (more) Yes I do. I have had to do that but do my best to find a solution. You can't work for free all the time but definitely analyze the cost and further loss before doing it.  (more) I have had to do that but do my best to find a solution. I don't believe you can repair a life issue with pills but must remove or change the situation (the cause). Once you fix or remove the external stressors, you can start the therapeutic repair.
