My business changed drastically with the onset of Covid, but for the better. We now do all our appointments online and with our product partners making it easier than ever to submit digital forms its been a time saving change. Productivity is up due to the lack of commuting and it has allowed us to expand to outside our geographical areas as well. Once the pandemic is over, a lot of initial appointments will be done over Zoom.
