About Us
My yoga journey began in 2007 where it quickly evolved as I found out first hand of the benefits of a daily practice. My hubby who is a first responder and medic and speaks on mental health and I, travel to conferences around the world , where he speaks on metal health and I offer morning yoga classes to help people be more focused and set for the days ahead.
