Established by the Mitchell family in 1979, Seven M Construction LTD was originally a trucking company. Since then, it has seen major growth and has ventured into a variety of other operations over the years including gravel crushing and pit operations. In 1990, Seven M successfully turned to screening topsoil and to providing full landscaping services. We are located at 16811-128 A Avenue in Edmonton, Alberta where you will find our ½ acre yard and 7000 square feet of offices and shop space.
We have been landscaping residential and commercial projects in Edmonton and area for the last twenty years, now focusing more on the commercial side of the business. Our specialty is grading and we have a reputation for positive drainage that is one of the best in this city. Seven M Construction is a pre-approved landscape contractor for the City of Edmonton.
We have completed projects of many sizes. Recent projects include four schools for Bird Graham Schools (worth over $500,000), the south LRT Extension for the City of Edmonton (worth over six million dollars), Founder’s Court and Founder’s Walk for the City of St Albert, Athabasca University and many other large projects. To do this effectively, we operate six landscaping crews, over 75 staff members and various equipment including our own trucks, excavators and screeners.
