sellers want open house they want to see you are doing something to sell there home . they can see that as marketing .i like doing open houses i bring a bag of prextles andsome bottle water .this they stop by and i have a way of asking some queswtions from them .and the seller is happy and i sell there house ans pickup a new client.butch
