Growing the business begins with the Entrepreneur, the business owner. We engage with the Business Owner in a process that strengthens the essential business structure for sustainability and that grows the business team and enhances the entrepreneurial leadership skills to bring order and consistent quality performance to the business The business owner becomes the leader of the business and improves skills necessary for business growth. As the owner's capacity grows, so does the business's capacity for growth increase.

I have been teaching a course in Entrepreneurship at the University of Texas at El Paso in the Social Science area since 2006. I realized that the Entrepreneur is a very special and needed person for economic growth. Building a good business builds people and builds community. I know how to engage with business owners to build good business and enjoy the journey. I learned that business coaching fit me like a very good suit. I discovered that I can grow entrepreneurs through the coaching process. I then began to develop the process.
