J.M.H. Contracting LLC, is a multi discipline company specializing in commercial and residential construction, emergency services, water restoration. Drywall, painting,flooring of any kinds. While installing you will receive 110% effort for the whole day by The whole team. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any of the craftsmanship my company produces we will address it the second that you are unhappy, "We won't wait for you say that there is something wrong before my crew or myself goes ahead and fix it in normal routine. My company follows a policy I came up with known as the (3) P's. If you implement these into your practice and routine your more guaranteed to much more pleased happy clients! The (3) P's that I came up with are as follows.

How We Got Started

By education I am a registered nurse at the University of Maryland Baltimore city as a OR scrub nurse. After my fiancé got pregnant and had her baby I was working (5) 16 hour shifts/weak and then coming home and taking care of a house a sick fiancé and feed the baby, bath, and put to sleep I was done. I have an opportunity open up with a friend who was a property manager who needed a deck repaired. I repaired it but I repaired totally different. The deck stay the same size but the pattern changed instead of it being on 45'sI started in th center and work my way out forming a geometrical circle. The client was blown away by the appearance of there new deck.
From that day on I had referrals coming in maybe one a week and then it picked up too 2-4 and I decided I better get a E I N number and a federal tax ID number and become a Incorporated business. My company became very successful going on the fifth year andour customer satisfaction rate is above 95% and it will not go below 95%

Kristina, closing your shop for you isnt the hard part, its not seeing your usual clientel you servised or the last 30 years. By closing, this DOES NOT MEAN so does your passion. It will be a huge change but I feel people will also feel more safe with a (1) on (1), a real (1) on (1). Closing... It will be a huge change but I feel people will also feel more safe with a (1) on (1), a real (1) on (1). Closing will cut your overhead by $1000.00,s a month. All you need to do is make a room somewhere in your and turn it into a mini Beautition Salon. Go to staples and have them print out post cards about your new business desission and next adventure/chapter in your carrer. Mail, pass out and give them to your clients, not (1) but more. Have them pass them to people they know. You will see your income raise as your overhead vanishes as the salon gets paid off. My neighbor has been doing this for (30) years and does extremely well. It’s all about the package and what a individual really wants. If one has the passion to learn another lucrative carrier than that’s for them. Furthermore, Some people just can’t sell and don’t carry the social skills and positivity to carry enough clients too be a lucrative Insurance Co. It’s all about that drive a person has!! Some individuals want more and more and some are fine just getting buy. Me, I have huge tangible aspirations and I am not afraid of taking risks and falling on my face. You just get back up, wash off your face and try again. Persistence is key, and never give up, in anything you do or have passion in!!! Jeffrey
