We have done mailings with a letter and a brochure targeted to a specific industry. Google ads and joining a Chamber of Commerce helps get the word out as well.

Is the chamber of commerce for a specific area, like temecula or is it statewide?

Chambers are typically for each suburb/city. You can google Chamber of Commerce in Temecula and see what comes up.
