We strive to know our customers on an individual basis. Matt was born and raised here in Elwood and Tipton areas and always wanted stores that operated and treated people like those when he was growing up here. Marty is from a small town named Marseilles in northern Illinois, he too wanted a store that valued the customer and took care of them as if they were family. Our groomer Chris Kirby has been with us almost 5 years, she is from a small town in North West Ohio and values making all of her clients one of the family. She is a Certified Master Groomer and has over 30 years experience.
