We educate pre-retirement and retired Seniors age 62 and above with alternatives to create Liquidity, Reduce Outlays or Expenses and Increase Cash Flow, utilzing existing assets.
How We Got Started
As a Retired Financial Planner with over 40 years experience (over 30 years in North County San Diego), and on Lockdown in my home, the news indicated people borrowing funds, using retirement funds, etc., to cover needed expenses. There are at least two assets which could provide funds to enhance their liquidity.
