I agree with Scot on this one. Though SEO is more of a long term solution, both are vitally important. Marketing is an 'ecosystem' you can not just have one moving part...you need a system in place that is working together in tandem. Depending on your industry, direct mail can be very effective... Marketing is an 'ecosystem' you can not just have one moving part...you need a system in place that is working together in tandem. Depending on your industry, direct mail can be very effective and is often fairly inexpensive with a large ROI. If you were to send a direct mail campaign then you would want to retarget these leads using PPC and this increase in traffic, especially if being sent to a blog, would help with your SEO as well.

We have seen this strategy work tremendously for our dental clients.
