My business is actually doing very well. I set myself a schedule and to do list every day along with exercise. Even on days when I am mostly caught up with tasks, I work ahead, cleaning files etc. and don't put any tasks off, do them right away.

Thank you for this very informative update. I just photographed a headshot, first one in two months, without going near the person or touching him. It is more difficult to work that way. I lost my employee, but that is also keeping my operating cost down and I outsource when I need help.

I am also part of a business referral team and we meet on Tuesday mornings via Zoom and refer business to each other. That has helped me a lot during this time. I am in the Englewood/Venice, FL, area, and you could be my guest if you want to check it out.

It took about 5 years, and what I learned not to do is getting an accountant. I would recommend you get an accountant right when you start your business. My son did that with his business and 20 years later it still works.

I ask for referrals in the thank you notes I write to my clients and I also belong to a networking group called BNI where we pass referrals to each other at our weekly meetings.
