There are monthly art walks in Arcata as well as Eureka which encourage strolling and shopping. The ones closest to Holidays are definitely the most popular and stores are full of shoppers. It's a great way to shop local and see good friends. I would encourage everyone to implement Night Markets & Art Walks in their town or city!
