Haven't heard of any actual small business that's received either a loan or the PPPL. Now there are special provisions for farmers, targeting the smallest? I'm sure that the money will go to more companies like Smithfield (owned by the Chinese) than any small local farmer attempting to survive, continuing to feed a herd on an empty bank account...doesn't help
