Originally a residential architectural design company we expanded our services to include 203(k) renovation mortgage consulting. Our goal was to help our clients/customers find better finance options with lower interest rates for disaster renovation and major renovation without having to take a second mortgage, HELOC or refinance cash out while promoting our architectural design services.
Eventually we we added real estate services to help our under served clients find affordable housing that they could purchase with a 203(k), Homestyle or VA renovation mortgage. These type of loans have interest rates .75-1% higher than the present interest rates on home mortgages. This allowed them to purchase cash homes normally sold to investors at lower cost by meeting minimum health and safety requirements. Eventually word got around that an architectural design, Home Inspection certified REALTOR team gave all clients an advantage when buying or selling their property.
