I represent individuals who have a criminal record (arrests/convictions) and are interested in removing their record from public view by way of expungement or sealing. I also represent individuals seeking clemency from the governor who are not eligible to seal their record or who want to reinstate their FOID card rights or eliminate a statutory bar to obtaining a professional or occupational license.
