How We Got Started

Elliptic Systems Corporation was founded in 2003 as a technology infrastructure company supporting enterprise and Fortune 1000 environments. As cybersecurity threats evolved and businesses became increasingly dependent on technology, our clients began asking for more than IT support—they needed security, risk management, and strategic guidance.

(more) To my Fellow Veterans,  I am a U.S. Navy Desert Shield/Desert Storm Veteran served on the USS Nimitz (CVN-68).  We were trained to never give up.  That always sticks with us.  Even in the darkest times, there is light.  When times get tough, we have to get tougher and put our heads down to work harder to overcome the darkness.   I had been working for the past year on revamping our Cybersecurity solutions for small business owners.  I had a roll-out date of March 2020.  In February 2020, this COVID-19 was catching traction getting everyone worried.  We kept business as normal with precautions.  Then, a few days after we rolled out our new Cybersecurity package, the order to stay come was activated.  We quickly shifted with the changed environment.  Clients were scared and had no where to turn.  We reached out to everyone since we are an IT Services company.  We knew what needed to be in place on the IT side keeping clients in compliance with their required regulations like HIPAA, SEC, PCI, etc... We supply our clients with Allworx and Cisco IP hardware when needing hardware for clients over 10 employees.  However, there are other solutions and Hosted PBX solutions we offer clients under 10 employees that work excellent.  Be sure to have a VOIP Assessment to verify you have adequate... (more) We supply our clients with Allworx and Cisco IP hardware when needing hardware for clients over 10 employees.  However, there are other solutions and Hosted PBX solutions we offer clients under 10 employees that work excellent.  Be sure to have a VOIP Assessment to verify you have adequate bandwidth for both VOIP and Data throughput.  Also, consider your packet loss and latency with systems.  This will directly impact the QoS (Quality of Service) in any VOIP system.  Our solutions are easily implemented and we manage and maintain the systems for our clients keeping them focused on what they do best, not their IT.  You should check out the Allworx system, it continues to out perform most systems out there on the market at costs that give ones like Cisco systems a run for their $.
