Altrol is a family-owned, local HVAC business that has been serving Alaska's interior for over 30 years. We are proud to have seven of the top trained technicians in the state. We are available 24/7, 365 for your heating, cooling, ventilation, duct cleaning, refrigeration, & plumbing needs. We can often times have technicians to you within the hour!
How We Got Started
My wife & I came to Fairbanks in 1972. I was in the Air Force. I got out of the military in 1976. We started our business in 1982, a long time ago! We are very appreciative of Fairbanks and our customers, for keeping us in business for so long. We strive to do the right thing every day, & to deliver awesome customer service to our many customers. Please call us for any of your mechanical needs, both residential & commercial. Not us. Flat rate for service plumbing, except maybe a circumstance dictates that we go with T&M, say when we have to tear out walls to find the problem. Larger jobs are always hard dollar bids.

Our field personnel ask the customer if they would visit our website or Facebook page & leave a review. Our CSR does happy calls after every service or installation. She also asks the same of the customer. Also if we wow the customer with their experience with our company, many will voluntarily...

You’re absolutely correct! Good reviews drive customers to your bisiness. Of course to get those good reviews a companyF must work at being the best option for the customer. Training everyone in their organization for example, setting very high standards, and always doing what’s right.

You have to build ypur brand first. Then market what you do. Never be the cheapest & train all personnel to provideexceptional service.
