About Us
Feedback based training is an intelligent approach to teaching exercise. Our system employs the use of unique “out of the box” movements and tactile tools to teach our clients body control. Proper alignment, muscle activation and stabilization are the keys to success.
Our “foundations” phase will teach core concepts to condition all the right muscles to move forward towards bigger goals. At Fairfield Strength and Movement you will gain functional, real life strength, keep aches and pains away, and look good as a side-effect!
