About Us

Women who have been fully capable conducting thier lives come to Animate Life Coaching when they feel overwhelmed inside and can’t quite name why. They want clarity about what is going on within them so they can be at peace and also show up with confidence in their conversations and relationships.

My work begins by hearing what is weighing on your heart. Before we talk about circumstances, we create space for you to feel safe, respected, and understood. Your inner world is private, and you reveal it at your pace. My role is to help you notice what feels off, understand why it matters, and discern what you want to do about it.

Through transformative, spiritually grounded coaching, you learn how to interpret what is going on within you, address what bothers you with compassion, and guide conversations toward relational resolve. As you gain clarity, your confidence in these matters grow. You stop reacting and begin responding with maturity, steadiness, and peace.

Animate Life Coaching exists to help you live fully alive being clear about who you are, confident in how you show up in all aspects of life, and equipped with coach‑like tools to navigate both internal and external circumstances. I’ve lived this transformation myself, and it’s the foundation of the work I now offer to women who want the same freedom.

If you’re ready to explore what’s possible when you understand yourself clearly and live with peaceful confidence, I’d be glad to have that conversation.

How We Got Started

When our son left for college and our daughter approached graduation, I sensed it was time to step into a new calling. After a year of researching and interviewing coaches from top global training institutions, I chose a path that changed my life: becoming a certified professionally trained coach.

My own struggle with confidence created years of unnecessary inner turmoil. I was bold on the outside but insecure within. Coaching helped me uncover the internal patterns I couldn’t see, address the fears that shaped my reactions, and become clear about who I am. That clarity brought peace, maturity, and the ability to navigate difficult internal thoughts and conversations with compassion—something I wish I had known years earlier.

Now I equip women to experience that same transformation. Through a proven framework and a grounded, spiritually aligned approach, I help women understand what’s going on within them, resolve what bothers them, and live with steady, confident clarity.

We pursued getting better acquainted and 'hit if off' with various aspects of life. What I love about Barb is she is fully engaged with the heart of her own transformation. I still call it that. And I love the genuine relationships I have because of the platform you created. Thank you. I've switched to the free version of Alignable for the sake of the influx of connections requests I can't hardly manage genuinely. I now accept the connection request and do not respond unless it is clear someone is genuinely reaching out. I even dropped my group leader position (since helping start groups on Alignable) because of the bombardment in managing the requests that took so much of my time.  I love being on Alignable. And recently I came back to be more engaged once again. Only to have finished responding to 267 connection requests and it is frustrating because genuine connections matter to me. It would be like a breath of fresh air if before sending a request, people reaching out would read their message as if they were receiving it. Does it honor the person’s time? Does it reflect real interest? Or is it simply the default suggestion from AI? Every profile already tells you who someone is and what they do. The real question is: What genuinely sparked your curiosity about them? And here’s the key: If you wouldn’t say it at an in‑person networking event, what has you saying it in writing? We all have limited time. Sincerity makes the difference between noise and meaningful partnership. Let’s make Alignable a place where genuine connection leads.

By trusting myself with clarity, I am then able to reach out to my network and ask for a referral. Alignable has proven to be the number one place to build solid relationships. In the seven years I’ve been coaching, my contacts list shows the most genuine relationships stem from reciprocal care for one another. Over the years it becomes obvious who is genuine. So, thank you Eric, I appreciate your heart and soul enveloped into continuously developing the Alignable platform. I can say the name sure gives way to the ultimate in building genuine relationships.
