About Us

Hello,

Hecm Wellness is a small practice in Falls Church, licensed, certified and insured to provide massage therapist (LMT), and personalized nutrition support for muscles, bones and fascial health.

We help individuals balance their pain naturally so they can age gracefully to enjoy their life full of energy to have fun with their kids and grandkids.

Our passion is to be a part of your healthcare team by providing wellness baseline bodywork and nutrition support through the lens of your annual blood work.

Training:

My professional journey started with reflexology, which is a window to your body, through different bodywork that help loosen and allow nutrient flow to nerves, muscles and organ restoration. You will meet our other practitioner soon.

I work with other practitioners to support and help you achieve feeling relax and ease without spending all day at the gym.

We are trained by holistic doctors who share
our desire to help others restore health and balance, and not just to manage their diagnosis.

We take a deep look at your health through functional objective testing and your blood chemistry analysis, to help the body restore balance and move the way it is made to move.

Professionally, pain was our driving force and the desire to help others find simple and lasting relief effortlessly is our mission.

We understand your pain and concerns as we each have suffered for years from whiplash injury to my neck, digestive pain, autoimmune, fibromyalgia and recovered from stomach pain due to years of taking pain killers.

How We Got Started

As practice oordinator, I started my healthcare journey while living in China as a spouse to a diplomat. This journey took me to Windhoek, Namibia; Johannesburg, Republic of South Africa; Flic-en-Flac, Mauritius and back to the USA.

While l lived in these countries, l trained, worked and observed their diet and lifestyles. I noticed a unique bioindividuality within each group of nationals and this l bring to my work.

I have come to appreciate the body for the great machine that it is and understands that it is capable of healing itself if only we know what to give to it. And, the strength of my work on this journey is using different bodywork modalities to bring resolution to my client's pain.

With this in mind, relocating to the USA in 2010 l decided to have a small practice where l can have sufficient time to take a detailed intake of my client health history.

I am located in Falls Church, VA. Visit my website to book an appointment with me. Thank you.

I agree with Carl.  The bottom line for me is that networking is a place where l get to meet my community.  You could say l am nosy, l would say l love to know first about the person and then the business they are into.  Life is short and that is all I’ve got and I want to live it well getting to... Just like Robert Russell from Premier Tiny Homes, Inc. said,  I am at the stage in my career where I educate my client on how the work I do will benefit them  and how their concern(s) relate  to a bigger picture controlled by our environment and lifestyle.  And I let them  decide on whether they...
