For the homeowner the product is great I imagine. You have several contractors competing for the opportunity to do business with you. On the flip side though as the contractor you are shelling out loads of cash for "leads" that dozens of other contractors had also paid for. I understand that creates the need to be competitive but at the same time, it oversaturates the need so the quality of the leads diminishes greatly.
Personally from the homeowner's perspective, it's a great service for multiple companies fighting for your business. And a great way to price out your options.
From a contractor's perspective, I feel it's a waste of money and resources. If you want to spend hundreds of dollars on potential leads that have already been sold to +10 other contractors then this is the service for you.
