When you leave a message for someone and he or she does not call back, texts or emails you back, how do you respond or deal with this?

for me i if its a pay for led i call and tell them that i paid what ever for the led and would appreciate a reply. If you did not request the service please let me know so i can get a credit back thank you and have a nice day.
