What's your strategy for dealing with customers who always want a cheaper price for a sign?

It is really up to the customer who they want to go with. If they let us know we were higher on price than the competitor, many times it is not apple for apple. So I always ask them are they pricing the same exact thing. There have been occasions for us to see if we can lower our price if it is apple for apple.
