About Us

I’m on a mission to become the face of workplace well-being in Northwest Arkansas and beyond. For too long, employee health has been treated as a solo effort—left to navigate EAPs, healthcare incentives, and wellness programs with little real support.

It’s time to change that.

Workplace well-being should be a team sport. Employers have a powerful opportunity—and responsibility—to create cultures that actively support employee health, reduce chronic disease, and make well-being a shared priority across the organization.

I help companies move from check-the-box programs to meaningful, integrated strategies that truly empower people to thrive—at work and in life.

I partner with leaders, executives, and mission-driven organizations to create healthier, more human-centered workplaces. With a background in corporate well-being, leadership development, and coaching, I specialize in helping individuals and teams engage in deep self-reflection, overcome limiting beliefs, and embrace meaningful change.

My work bridges leadership strategy, organizational culture, and holistic well-being—whether through executive coaching, customized workshops, or strategic health initiatives. I’ve supported professionals across industries, including healthcare, early childhood education, and nonprofit leadership, in transforming how they lead, connect, and thrive.

A core part of my mission is helping organizations take a more active role in reducing chronic disease by supporting employee health through smarter workplace well-being strategies. From integrating tools like the Work@Health Scorecard to designing leadership mastermind programs, I help organizations shift from reactive to proactive—fostering environments where both people and performance flourish.

Let’s connect if you're looking to strengthen leadership capacity, reduce burnout and chronic stress, and build a culture that supports real, lasting well-being.

How We Got Started

INTOUCH Coaching was established out of a deep desire to help others succeed. Leadership development and corporate well-being coaching is my third—and most meaningful—career.

In 2020, nearly all my clients wanted support with stress management. I realized stress isn’t a simple issue—it’s deeply connected to sleep, nutrition, movement, and emotional well-being. That insight opened my eyes to a bigger truth: employers have a vital role to play in supporting employee health.

Today, I help organizations create a culture of well-being that supports leadership growth and healthier, more resilient teams. I’m passionate about helping employers move beyond check-the-box programs to real, lasting change—so employees feel supported, valued, and equipped to thrive at work and in life.

According to a recent marketing research survey done by one of my clients, most of their patients come from referrals from patients and referring physicians. Once again, the ole word-of-mouth marketing prevails! :) (more) According to a recent marketing research survey done by one of my clients, most of their patients come from referrals from patients and referring physicians. (more) I have a calling to restore the consistency of connection, compassion, and competence to healthcare. Communicating to connect with the patient and each other is a forgotten art. We forget that our teammates are just as much customers (internal) as are the patients (external customers). Connection starts with an intentional culture of connection, compassion and competence. Compassion is the self-awareness of emotions and empathy we have for the patient and our teammates including the physicians. Confidence and realness and transparency can exist more vibrantly if compassion is a value that everyone upholds.Competence entails professionalism and leadership. Leadership has a responsibility to address the drama triangle that is prevalent in all workplaces. Being competent includes not only technical skills, but teamwork, punctuality, leadership, effective communication, etc. And, everyone needs an executive coach. If you are not aware of executive coaching to take leadership skills and your company culture to the next level, please do some research, Harvard Business Review, Fortune, Inc., etc. all have many articles on executive coaching.
