This is an absolute intrusion of privacy and if anyone asks me about my health status I will immediately ask them if they are positive for any disease or health issue.
From my experience it’s mostly costs. I represent a builder and framing packages alone went up $24,000 recently. Electrical packages to build a home doubled etc... these are new construction homes I am speaking of but it’s driving the costs of all homes up. In our area we don’t have enough...

In our area we don’t have enough supply and demand is high so that is driving prices up as well.
